1. Overview of the Service

Our plugin allows users to receive Contact Form 7 submissions directly on WhatsApp. The first 10 messages are provided free of charge. After exhausting the free messages, users must purchase additional message credits through our website using Razorpay, our payment provider, to continue receiving submissions on WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your use of the plugin or choose not to purchase additional message credits at any time. To stop using the service, simply refrain from purchasing further credits. No formal cancellation process is required, as there is no recurring subscription or plan tied to the service. Once your available message credits are depleted, the plugin will cease sending messages to WhatsApp until new credits are purchased.

If you encounter issues with the plugin or wish to discontinue its use, you may uninstall it from your WordPress site at your discretion. For assistance with uninstallation or any other support, please contact us at support@nextgenerationtechnologies.in.

3. Refund Policy

All message credit purchases made through Razorpay are non-refundable. Once credits are purchased and added to your account balance, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred, regardless of whether they have been used. This policy applies to all credit packages purchased through our website.

We strongly recommend reviewing your needs before purchasing message credits. If you experience technical issues with the plugin, please reach out to our support team at support@nextgenerationtechnologies.in, and we will work to resolve them promptly. Technical support or troubleshooting does not entitle users to a refund for purchased credits.

4. Exceptions

In rare cases, such as payment processing errors (e.g., duplicate charges or incorrect billing by Razorpay), we may consider refund requests. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by contacting our support team at support@nextgenerationtechnologies.in. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis, in coordination with Razorpay, and any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

All payments for message credits are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted payment provider. For any issues related to payment processing, such as disputes or transaction errors, you may also refer to Razorpay’s terms and conditions or contact their support team directly.
